SC Trade Accounts

Account Eligibility:
The account option is automatically available to businesses that have advertised with SC for a minimum duration of two months. This account is intended for the purchase of design work exclusively for their business. Credit can range from R2500,00 up to R10 000,00 p/m depending on affordability.

Prepaid Purchases:
All prepaid purchases are excluded from the account option. The account itself operates on a non-interest basis.

Payment Agreements:
Full payments are due at the end of each month and an agreement can be arranged with SC for a period of up to two months in the event of a financial shortfall. This option is subject to approval by SC.

Unpaid Accounts:
In the case of unpaid accounts, SC reserves the right to transfer outstanding balances to our designated debt collectors. Any fees or charges incurred during the debt collection process will be the responsibility of the account holder.

Account Termination:
SC reserves the right to terminate or suspend the account option at its discretion, especially in cases of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

Account Usage:
The account is intended solely for the purchase of design work related to the account holder's business. Any unauthorized use of the account is strictly prohibited.

Modification of Terms:
SC reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the account holder to regularly review these terms for any updates.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
